Heatmaps..? only heard those in movies with high-tech wars or on the science channels, now the guys behind seevolution.com are bringing the heat-maps to your site, literally..

Seevolution is a new service which just got into its beta phase, they provide real-time website analytics, monitoring and alert systems for websites, but instead of showing all the gathered data using charts and graphs like the other site analytics tools (Google Analytics) they show it right on top of the site being monitored using clever heatmaps (colored areas showing information). As a freelance web designer i have always had hard time getting the right font on the site, most of the time, clients ask for a font which they use on their stationary and which is simply not a web-safe font, to tackle that some solutions are available to the average designer’s disposal and it is his job to select the right solution for the client.
While web fonts have just started to gain the interest, other players have came along and with new solutions to this very age old problem. Introducing Google WebFonts, a new service by Google which lets web designers use the Google Font API to apply several different styled fonts on their websites without the fear of design inconsistency. facebook is now introducing new Q/A feature which will allow facebook users to ask questions and other facebook users from all over the world will be there to answer and solve your problem.. isn’t it interesting..?!!

The social networking site is asking its members to sign up as “experts” for real time answers feature named as Facebook Questions which is now available for its users in beta format.
In order to beta-test this app, all you have to do is to submit and answer three questions of your own first. Which means as an “expert” you have to ask three questions and answer them yourself.
“Your expert writing will be seen by tens of millions of people — including job recruiters,” Facebook wrote. “And we’ll bring our best beta testers out to California to tour Facebook headquarters and meet the team.
facebook also announces on the app’s page , “We think it will be as exciting as Facebook Photos and Facebook Events, but we need your help to make it great… You’ll be the first person outside of Facebook to use this product.”
