“I’ am a big Google Chrome Fan because its empty tab page displays my most favourite websites right away as it launches”. Well many people love Chrome particularly for this feature as this is something initiated by Google.

This is not something that’s possible only with Google Chrome though. Latest Microsoft Browser Internet Explorer 9 beta also provides you with this feature with out the need of any extension. Internet Explorer by default displays the localized version of msn.com, which you can obviously switch to a defined home page. But to swap in your most favorite sites all you need to do is, right click the internet explorer icon, go to properties, clear the contents in text area and type in about:Tabs.

There you go, your most favorite sites will be right in front when ever you launch the Internet Explorer again. I will call it chromifying the IE9 to some extent.

Microsoft recently released the first Ad of their up coming Windows7 phone set to be released on Nov 8. Microsoft claims the phone to be the one that saves us from our phones. Confused? Watch the Ad and you might be able to get what they are trying to pass.

Still confused? So am I. I think what Microsoft is trying to say is that today’s world is greatly distracted by mobile devices. Yes the iphone’s, Android’s and BlackBerry’s. Microsoft is now coming up with a phone that is going to get rid of all these devices and make our life easier. All I can say is Really?
The advertisement may be funny the way it’s made but such huge claim from Microsoft makes me laugh out the loudest. How they are going to take off when Apple, Google and RIM already have such strong hold on market share? I’ll leave it for you to answer.

Microsoft, once sleepy giant of browser business is now back with a bang, with its latest browser i.e Internet Explorer 9(IE9).
The software giant has released a beta, or test version of its latest browser, Internet Explorer 9 in order to make a strong comeback in an increasingly competitive market of latest browsers.
IE9 will face fierce competition from new versions of other popular browsers such as Mozilla’s Firefox and Google’s Chrome.
What’s New in IE9 …?
IE9 contains a range of new features, many of which are designed to make the browser perform more like an application – the small programs commonly found on Smartphones.
IE9 is specifically designed to help blur the boundaries between applications and the browser.
To do this, Microsoft has adopted technology that allows the browser to tap directly into a computer’s graphics chip, rather than just its processor. And it helps in dramatically increase in the graphic capabilities of IE9. Read more…
