Geek-ism, a subculture which got pwnage and Uberness at its core. Most non-geeky person try to thumb them down by defining them as social boy-cotters, who have no offline life, and are wasting there life coding or loling. Geeks/Koders on the other side, does not give a sh*t to those people (include HTML gurus in those as well, see last of the image below
) and remain in their contagious feeling of 1337ness and being superior. This programmer hierarchy describes what in general Programmers feel themselves superior to.
PS: Whatever, I didn’t expected that much inferiority from Java guys, or the maker is a .NET chap maybe….

Web
There are two type of things very famous and trendy on the Internet. The former are popular websites such as Youtube, 4Chan, Red… ahem etc etc. The second are silly pics of cats, dogs and other pets/animals etc. And one good guy at College Humor combined the effects of both, resulting in the shots below. The next thing maybe is, ‘how animals are painted as popular websites’. I guess the last one would be for an Ostracod!

For anyone new in web designing and html lingo, the most dare some thing is to remember all the tags and what particular thing they do, in short. The case is same with anyone new to the world of chemistry, elements and their periodic table, sometimes remembering many of them becomes a pain in the neck.
Elements of both type, are difficult yet crucial to memorize, to do something better with the subject. For chemistry elements periodic table, please head over to somewhere else, but for the other one, here it is, Josh Duck’s periodic table of HTML5 Elements.
Ok its HTML, but why particularly HTML 5. The answer is because it is the future of web development. Ever seen audio, video, keygen, canvas tags? They all are included in HTML 5, so for example, videos can now be tagged and included natively in any html document, without the use of embed/object tags and a half page of script etc.

Click on any tag, and a tooltip will appear, describing what the tag is all about in short, and gives a link for any detail guide if available from W3Schools and W3C Developer’s Guide. So never miss again any tag, use all of them effectively, wet your hands with HTML5, and be a true web ninja!
